Yes, it's a platter of finger foods served with a little candle or sterno flame
so you can flambe or roast the pieces... the ingredients vary, this one had
teriyaki chicken and beef, shrimps, crab rangoon, pot stickers, bbq chicken
wings, pork (which i do not eat), and vegetables (which i do)

This Christmas was a tea Christmas here - three different people gave me
presents of tea and tea paraphernalia.
Lizzie gave me a silver tea strainer in the shape of a heart and some wonderful
orange spice tea. I slept with it under my pillow - the orange spice scent
induced a wonderful dream atmosphere.
There is a tea service here that sends wonderful teas, and friends gave me some
East Frisian (Assam), China Yunnan, Runglee Rungliot, and China Keemun, and
also a tea pot that is the color of sea foam green-blue. Just looking at the
pot induces calming.
It has been snowing all day, and so no comet watching here tonight.
Anyone else?

One of my favourite tea pots
was made of dark clay with a wicker handle

Orange spice is nice

assam I know - others are unfamiliar

tea is (IMO) far more subtle in variety and tastier than wine

Shadow - from CeyLon/Sri Lanka
goes on about silver tip tea - which is the young shoots only

- am trying out Skype with Joyce - at the moment we can get a ring tone
but errors
she is changing to a more powerful computer and we will try again

We have the technology

- skype also comes with IM (instant messaging)
like ICQ or curlchat (without the character)

I rather like the idea of a 4 way conference (the max using skype - and using
our phones to chant together
or recite poetry - or tell jokes

we can of course just chat . . .

:-)
