I would prefer to deploy NAPT66 rather than route prefixes longer than /64.  In 
fact, I'm tempted to to say we should prefer to deploy NAPT66 wherever the 
service provider delegates anything longer than /48, so that we can route /48 
prefixes uniformly across the entire home network.
