You are right, Andrew, my fiancee and I will be walking down the aisle of our
Lesbian wedding to Andrew Lloyd Wright's "I don't know how to love Him," from
_Jesus Christ Superstar_. It's non-fiction after all.

It has nothing to do with the life that Wagner led. It has to do with the
mockery of the institution of marriage which is depicted in Wagner's work.
Wagner and Mendelssohn's works are quite well crafted, but the mere purpose of
the music being written for the fictional drama makes it quite inappropriate
for such a meaningful event.

I would try writing Bach's Air in G or Corelli's Sonata in F second movement.
Better still, how about the Mozart Quintet slow movement?

May the peace of God which passeth understanding keep our hearts and minds in
the knowledge and love of God and in his son Jesus Christ our Lord and the
blessing of God Almighty, the Father Son and Holy Spirit be with us all, now
and forever. Amen.
