This has not been a problem. You must _have_ a verified address, but if you and the seller agree to use a different address then that's fine. I've never had anyone complain about this request - I've done it for a variety of purposes, e.g., I purchased something through PayPal recently that was needed overnight on behalf of my wife's school - I had it shipped to the school which, of course, later reimbursed me.
