Hello, Hornists -- I met Bill Caballero at a horn conference about seven years ago. He's a truly great player, very personable, and with a great sense of humor. Then he owned a Paxman triple which he bemoaned because it was rather old; however, to my knowledge he has never changed from it.
An excellent example of his magnificent playing is on a recording of the Pittsburgh orchestra performing the Brahms Symphony with the "Alphorn" solo.
