It can be played on a F/Bb double. You should only attempt this piece if your top C is more or less effortless and you can reach a top E without difficulty, even when tired. If you can't do this, or don't think you can get your lip to the point where you can do this by April, then you should seriously think about getting somebody else to do it. This piece is *hard*.
