Hey Ahasanul, Here's an example of a project that was created during an OpenData hackathon in Canada at CODE [1].
http://ecotrust-canada.github.io/hypochondriapp/ It shows you regional wide statistical data from a country using boundary files, you could replicate this type of application for BBS.
