It worked perfectly. I am assuming that since I did the "server" install it did not include very many of the gphoto packages. :-)

    libtool: link: `/usr/lib/libgphoto2.la' is not a valid libtool archive
    make: *** [libhpmud.la <http://libhpmud.la>] Error 1
    [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/server/patches/hp/Linux/hplip-2.7.6>
