That's a very good point. If a movie is available from a public domain source then it's reasonable to request that the host identifies that source. Otherwise it is simply a movie recommendation (or possibly the opposite) and it is up to the HPR listener to decide how, and from where, to obtain a copy. No impact on HPR at all.
On that basis I will certainly submit a review. Perhaps your idea could be expanded to include books or even music as well. Nige
