The page cannot be found. Where can I download htdig-3.2.0b3?

I have successfully configured, compiled, installed, and run
htdig-3.2.0b3-021501; although it indexed too slow for me, and it searches
slightly slower than 3.1.5.
Yesterday I tried to download htdig-3.2.0b3, but I could not find it. I
downloaded the latest snapshot instead, htdig-3.2.0b3-022601. The release
was announced on 02/22/01; shouldn't htdig-3.2.0b3-022601 be actually
htdig-3.2.0b4-022601?
Any way, I successfully configured, compiled, and installed it, but rundig
segfaulted:(

Any ideas?
I have reinstalled my htdig-3.2.0b3-021501 binaries, and am redoing the
nine and half hours of indexing that htdig-3.2.0b3-022601 ruined in six
seconds;( I thought using "-a" would prevent such waste;-/
