Hi all I want to be able to use htsearch to search for an IP address, of course the IP address is of the form '173.62.23.19' so it includes periods (full stops). At first these were just taken out of the search string by htsearch so I specified the valid_punctuation parameter in the config file. Now they are not being deleted from the search string but appear to be used as a bolean 'and' anyone know how to get periods included in the search string.
