In that case, you might want to check your mail filters, spam folders, etc. The subscription page works fine. In fact, it is not even necessary to send a message in order to unsubscribe. If you have your password, I don't even think an unsub + sub is necessary; there should be an option to simply change your address once you log in. Your password can also be requested from the above mentioned page.
