 Well, the question is : does the htdig distribution contains everything
for programmers or just for users ? Publishing the Berkeley DB headers,
libs and documentation makes sense for programmers. It's completely useless
for users. What if two distributions are shipped ? htdig-core and 
htdig-devel ? I don't really know how to to that. How is this done for other
packages like MySQL ?
