Hi.

Take a look at the command line options at http://www.htdig.org/htdig.html
The -a will cause htdig to use alternate files for the dig, thus allowing
you to continue running htsearch (the same applies for htmerge). If you
DON'T use the -i option, htdig will do an update dig rather than starting
from scratch.
