You won't find or need such a file unless you are building from source. Upon compiling, it is integrated into the program. "FieldOfView" doesn't seem to be a real tag in the Exif specification by the way; it can't be found in http://www.exif.org/Exif2-2.PDF anyway (specifications for Exif version 2.2).
