I tested the installer quickly. The text looks good. The files are installed in the right place. At the end of the install process the call to the redirect-URL is missing. The redirect-URL sends the user to a welcome page or to a "sorry, you installed an old version" page based on the SVN number. Other than that, the installer looks fine.
