Thanks for the comments! I've uploaded to the list a new svg file in which I've added the man with open arms. I will try to play with a border for the batch icon as suggested by James. I have to say that with the man they look a lot better than my version with the "h"!

I think that the highlight looks good over the symbol only if the symbol is contained in the icon.
