That's not the point. The point is that after a long time someone finally created a binary for windows and the self-appointed leader of this list has nothing better to do than distracting people by stating that he "doesn't endorse this installer" - in a place where someone asked for recommended stitching software. It would have been wise to encourage allard by thanking him for the windows installer.
