Hugin windows packagers need to look at what other projects are doing for
packaging. Gimp is a good start. I know this subject came up when working
with gramps-project.org. At the time it was considered bad etiquette bundled
other open source software with the same project, however I think that has
began to change. One installer we had looked at was the nullsoft installer.

Another avenue is for hugin to officially recognize a company that is willing
to build the windows binary, much the same way other oss projects, such as
kexi, etc. are doing. The company that builds the binary charges x amount of
dollars for the year support and binary download.
