Same thing here : I also tested with 5046 and 5063.
From time to time (but very seldom) I succeed to open the Fast Preview:
in that case all functions are working Ok.
I am under Windows 7 Family Premium 32bits
- Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz
- graphic card ATI X300 (quite old, I know...). Updating the driver does
not improve.
