Hello, I am currently trying to put together a 360 degree pano for a virtual tour of a house. I am running into some troubles with strange and excessive distortions.
I am using hugin, and I can seem to get my photos to line up in a straight fashion so that edges and lines are straight as they should be, and not very bowed. As you can see here: http://tinypic.com/r/66jdc3/3 I have tried playing with the focal length of the lens both on the camera and as a setting in hugin. I have tried all of the many projection modes including rectilinear equirectilinear panini and everything inbetween. can anyone help me out and suggest how to prevent my shots from looking so distorted? thanks! -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hugin and other free panoramic software" group.
