Trev Thank you for your further reflection on my comment. But they are also finding that in the nano size, the elements have novel magnetic and electrical properties. Properties that are outside the norm of physics. Macro was already figured out before nano. Now they are into picomatter, which is infintely smaller.
We have no idea whether the macro behavior could.would, of course, be substantially lower. Their is quite a high possiblility that the behavior could be substanially higher instead given the novel phenomena they are discovering this elements take on in these infitely smaller sizes. Truth is Trev, behavior can be controlled. My government tells me back in 2007 that they have developed 'exquisite control' over cold atoms. That is control of a behavior.
