Trev No I think it goes further than that. They have all these satellite constellations that are constantly blankenting the planet doeing remote viewing/sensing. My set of satellite constellations that appear over where I live in No. Calif, some nights I perceive them to be lower than 30 miles above the surface of the earth.
Their is the Iridum system. I don't know how many sets it has, but it has 77 satellites as part of it's constellation. Another constellation system has 12 orbitting sets. Each set has 66 satelllites within it's constellation pattern. So many satellites means lots of machines. Satelites are also machines.
