A lot of work done SS !

detect in other ways.
My PC shows such frequencies on open circuit input- but it could be
noise. I just don't know what sort -at such low Frqs. They are the
same freq region as Schumann resonance of the earths mag field.
A good pickup for airborne LF is a large woofer with a slack cone and
in a vented, (not closed port), enclosure.
Feed that through to your pc sound input card and see if it tallies
with your detected events when you scan using Spectrogram -FFT free
prog on Input analysis.
If you're not used to using this approach can you find an Eng or Tech
to help?
The vibes you pick up from towers are not direct transmits but more
likely to be a cross modulation of channel switching of UHF signals ,
like our Tetra in UK, ( not used in TV afaik), or power imbalances in
the earth returns of heavy duty supplies, at a guess. Without being
there, it's hard to gauge and would need substantial equipment to
register, but it does seem like you have repeatable results and should
be of interest to your Public Health Office.
I know they are notoriously fey at getting involved in this line of
work, by many reports- as it cuts across a lot of Commercial and
Gov't interests.
If you are suffering physical pain/discomfort, they can hardly refuse
to take an interest.

The other thing to note- is that ELF (and LF) are notorious in their
lack of directional positioning by ear and will play tricks,
especially if standing waves are involved, which is quite likely.
Water/Gas pipes and Power supply leakages (50~60Hz) have been suspects
before in hum discussions..
