(I hate these little boxes!!!!)

OK everybody, listen up! That’s American for “Pay attention class!” –
That’s humor/humour anywhere in the world.

The Hum is an engineering problem: For something to make a noise/sound
it has to vibrate the air in the atmosphere and propagate a sonic wave
that ends up in your ear. A sonic wave requires energy to be
propagated. So, somewhere (actually, a lot of somewhere’s) something
is using energy to make a noise.

Now, I believe I’ve cracked it. It’s about Power Line Communications
(PLC). That is, electricity companies (utilities) talking to their
equipment on their grid to ensure everything is OK. Utilities actually
reset their remote equipment (in substations, mounted on poles, etc.)
from a central control room using PLC.

Right now I am suing 2 utilities plus Verizon through the PUC and the
FCC.

Here’s what I propose:

As this thing is so big and technically complex I’ll do it in
installments. Start at the beginning and go to the end a step at a
time – Just like Julie Andrews! :) Then, when we’ve all got a grasp on
it each of us can sue our respective utility company No kidding! It’s
been going on for more than 20 years and in this next phase they’re in
right now they’ve floored the pedal.

I have documents, frequency spectrum analyses, and whitepapers - The
works. I can explain and prove it all. I will email it all to you a
step at a time and we can all build a picture together of what’s going
on. This is the Real McCoy guys – The Hum: Busted!

I would also appreciate anyone's documents and opinions as we go
along, nut we have to stay on track - No conjecture.

So, what do you think? Can we get everyone on board here and make a
difference to our lives by working on getting this thing stopped?

Your response is appreciated.
