True, John- the weather fronts have been noticed by me and others,as you 
mention.
I was surprised that a week ago the hum stopped for a few days though I had 
heard it strongly in a place I don't normal notice it in the day.
So, without being too specific about it, I have noticed change recently.
These last few days it has been stronger than normal too.
