Hello Leslie- When you say new house - do you mean newly built? Did you move hoping to escape the hum? Just interested if you considered doing a trial run in the new place sitting in a car /motorvan etc- as for checking for bad dog barkings etc. I'm aware the Hum can be capricious also -and stop/start without known cause.
