Thatis quite a high figure ,John. Similar to a small tranny radio in metre 
box which would be bad to live with at higher frequencies.
The human ear is not very efficient around 40Hz so this must be what makes 
it more bearable to many of us [not all].
It does give hope that, whatever the obsfucation of the authorities, here 
and there, it is something seriously capable of measurement in ordinary 
daily life.
Keep up the good work.
Can one assume that the level quoted reflects the average level of your 
plot output?
