Hi to u all,

I was wondering, now that i own a RM1X, I would want o have a nice sampler
too.
I have 2 options: buy a Yamaha RM1X secondhand, for some less money than a
new one,
so I can afford it, or work with a good sound card and Native Instrument's
Reaktor.

Can someone help me with this dilemma please (Simon Spero) ?

I had a demo of Reaktor and ran it on my computer, but it had a terrible
delay. I fear that
it wouldn't help to buy a new soundcard, because all of the effects are
computed realtime
on the CPU, so there will always be some delay.

Interesting info for people who want to react (my system):
Pentium II 350, 100 Mhz mainboard, 196 Mb Ram, 2 Hd: 5Gb and 10 Gb <10ms
access time, and
a sh*t AWE32 ; )
