actually a new soundcard will improve the delay u are experiencing with your
awe32......i mean...let's face it...creative labs just don't make cards 4
making music.....(well....if u think fastracker is making music who am i 2
argue with that...hehe)......
Native intruments have promised asio 2 support in the near future...this
will mean there will be very powerfull drivers available....
If u gonna buy a soundcard choose a decent one instead of saving money...
Think of an Event card....or the new terratec EMT88 card..wich is cool....
There are lots of good cards available, but please don't buy a soundblaser
live because it's cheap...these cards really suck...
Your best bet is to go to a local hardware dealer and ask him 4 advice....
P.S. native instruments recommend terratec cards 4 their products...
