That is just BS
to me - that sounds like an answer meant for people who don't understand
code -
everything tends to work in routines - these get called by functions -
all they need to do is modify the funtions and routines that releate to
this action.
I still like the blue box - but I don't think very highly of it anymore.
To me, Yamaha made some bad decisions when they were trying to cut the
costs of the box. These nobs and 'keys' are really some of the worse
I've used. NOBS ARE IMPORTANT!!!!
And on a positive note... I performed along with 25 dancers, 8 other
artists, a video projection system and a few visual artist who projected
their work on the walls - I had a great time and my set was appreciated
by all. I was using the RM1x, a DJ CD player, a little DJ mixer and a PC
laptop running MusicNum (generative fractal sequencer). I performed
about 1.5 hrs worth of Ambient ooze. If anyone is near San Diego, send
me an email, you should come to this event, it happens once/month.
