Brief biog:
I'm a teacher (IT / Religious Studies / Philosophy) and make music in my
(limited) free time. I've DJed for a few years (mostly techno) but started
buying midi gear in 1998, having not made any music of my own for a few
years. I live in Reading, UK, which is starting to get a really vibrant
scene of local producers, promoters, label owners, studios, so there are
lots of interesting possibilities on the horizon.
I've been working on some techno stuff with Bobule (also on this list) with
a view to live sets more than studio work at the moment, but am keen to work
on a few different styles - I like many types of music. We played some of
our techno stuff on a local radio station fairly recently but don't really
have anything that constitues a properly finished recording - nothing we're
totally happy with, anyway ;)

For live gigs we plan to use 1 mixer but 2 rm1xs and 2 a3ks, plus a couple
of analogue synths. Unfortunately, there's not really any techno nights in
Reading at the moment apart from illegal events, and I don't want to risk
getting my gear impounded.
