i think it�s a kind of memory fragmentation, where the rm1x stores the data
sequentially. If you delete something, there�s a gap in the memory - the new
recording is not filled into this gap, but written after the last saved item.
If the rm1x OS can�t fill or move these gaps to the end of the last saved
data, there�s a problem: although you have deleted some Styles, the amount of
free memory is not increasing.
If it happens, all you can do is save everything as an all data file & do a
system reset.
When you reload the file, the data is saved sequentially back to memory and
the amount of free memory should be better.
