no word... just a speculation on the name since what we have is a -1x - we occasionally talk about waht the -2x could be :) I'm just hoping for 25-50 times more storage space... the RM-1x is so weak with memory... I just filled mine all up this week - it packed it with about 14 (mostly complete) patterns, 1 pattern-chain and 2 songs - with memory being so cheap these days, I just can't understand why Yamaha would do such a thing as cripple the RM-1x with such little storrage capacity. I wish it just to SIMMs or DIMMs - maybe the -2x...
