I'm no license expert, but IIRC the GPL says that if a software is
released to the public (which is the case), the reseller must put a link
to the download site or information on how to download it.
for reselling it, I think it's ok (see redhat etc or other commercial distro)
though reselling without repackaging or putting a service around it it's
pure free riding imho
