My understanding (from second grade civics) is that legal action happens
in a court of law.

Sorry, but I just can't help but notice how a perfectly valid question,
"What can I do to stop these sellers?" becomes a stupid discussion about
what the GPL says by people with (i'd venture a guess) zero legal
experience.
