Well, phil. I think the answer is fairly clear. Yes you _can_ take this 
to a court of law and waste time and money like the rest of this 
sue-happy society. Or you can read the GPL, or a summary of it, and 
ascertain what everyone has been talking about in this post. Since the 
post was directed at this list and not to a list _with_ "legal 
experience" its only normal that the list would try to answer as best 
they can.
