I also noticed this a couple of weeks ago while i was updating updating the
translation wiki page http://trac.assembla.com/hydrogen/wiki/i18n%3Aindex
Since the 0.9.6 still had several issues i didn't pay too much attention to
it at that time.
The strange thing is that there doesnt seem to be any logic in it : for
example .ca stays the same but .nl drops from 100 to 52  but both
translations stayed the same ??
