That's an Iranian national standard, ISIRI 2901:1994. The standard is named something like "Keyboard layout for Farsi: Characters for Computer", but also works for writing Arabic also (which is usually needed as quotes in Persian texts). > When you buy a typical computer, what kind of keyboard comes with it?
