Kayaknya pemalu syndromenya dr Bowo yg spesialis ganteng lebih banyak
dialami oleh rekan yg bekerja di anglo saxon company deh. Hal yg sangat
wajar karena pada saat ngomong mereka menggunakan mother language sementara
nasional menggunakan second language. Superior dalam bahasa serta kultur
anglo saxon yg cenderung dominant dan agresif memang menciptakan banyak
sakit hati dan minder bagi nasional employee yg berhadapan dengannya. Beda
dgn non anglo saxon company mis: latin atau asia, karena sama sama
menggunakan second language maka timbul perasaan lebih sejajar. Paling
tidak karena sama sama membutuhkan waktu lebih lama dalam mengutarakan
pendapat maka ada jeda yg sangat penting dalam berkomunikasi. Selain itu
approach yg lebih soft ( latin itu dibilang kan jawa kolotnya eropa)
mungkin lebih masuk ke kultur kita sehingga kadang memang lebih membuai dan
menina bobokan dan menimbulkan stockholm syndrome ?. Tapi ternyata
stockholm syndrome ini juga punya konotasi yg romantis , mangkanya banyak
dijadikan judul lagu ( blink 182, muse etc) dan tema film ( perempuan yg
diculik/ disandera tapi malah kemudian jatuh cinta pada penyanderanya ).
Sisi negatifnya juga ada seperti kdrt dimana perempuan/pria walaupun sudah
diabuse oleh pasangannya tetap tidak bisa meninggalkan/ melepaskan diri dan
bahkan merasa sudah memiliki kebutuhan untuk diabuse ( jd inget sama yg
kesenangan dijajah sampai puluhan tahun..he..he)
