Mmmm - I'm surprised we haven't had some enlightened contributor suggesting
that DASD is cheap, so just forget about USI, and throw page datasets at it.

USI still has a place, however you can keep your APs under control by
limiting their region size.
In my shop(s) I'm the *only* person outside of SAP R3 who has 2Gig as a
region. I do SADumps, so I have a requirement - no-one else does.
Let the rabbits doing the edit fail, not expose your system.

Simple.
