Is there a RACF profile covering the "PAGE.CPAC.COMMON" name? From
looking at the error description, it appears as though the
"SRVPAC.PAGE.CPAC.COMMON" dataset is RACF indicated, but the new name
doesn't have a profile to cover it.

I am running the ServerPac step to rename datasets to their final name,
and am getting an error that just isn't making sense. Here is the ALTER
and resulting message:

   ALTER -

        SRVPAC.PAGE.CPAC.COMMON -

        NEWNM(PAGE.CPAC.COMMON) -

        CAT(CATALOG.SRVPAC.MASTER)

IDC3014I CATALOG ERROR

IDC3009I ** VSAM CATALOG RETURN CODE IS 110 - REASON CODE IS IGG0CLFT-4

IDC0532I **ENTRY SRVPAC.PAGE.CPAC.COMMON NOT ALTERED

IDC0001I FUNCTION COMPLETED, HIGHEST CONDITION CODE WAS 8

There is a generic RACF profile for SRVPAC.**, which has UACC(READ),
though I have access through my OPERATIONS attribute.

I get the feeling that I am missing something basic here, but I can't
put my finger on it.

Any ideas?
