The jobname associated with the TSO ID is a (one of many) way to tie batch back to a person and then to a department. (Not saying it is a good one - but certainly an old one). That is a set of unfair statements. Especially with today's fiscal environment, you MUST juistify resource usage. And, you must justify by department/application.
