The ST equivalent display in (E)JES has *always* surfaced jobs in all
queues and output from any "home grown" or ISV-written code that creates
spinoff sysout under control of a subtask JSAB i.e., APPC/MVS
transactions, z/OS UNIX processes, and "special" output we create. You
and see everything you own no matter how esoteric. Admittedly, it looks
slightly better under JES3 than it does under JES2 because of the queue
organization, but the data is all there either way...
