No, I meant from November 1, 2009 at 2400 hours (That's the same as Nov 2 at 0000 hours) to December 1, 2009 at 2400 hours (That's the same as Dec 2 at 0000 hours). The period for IBM's sub-capacity pricing month runs from the first of the month at midnight (the second at 0000 hours) through the first of the next month at midnight. I don't know why IBM selected those times instead of 0000 hours on the first through 0000 hours on the first, but that's the way it is.
