I don't know if this will work or not. IIRC, the uncompressed DASD format for hercules-390 is the same as on the MP3K. I'd download Hercules/390 from http://www.hercules-390.org and see if the "dasdls" program will give you a VTOC listing. If this works, then "dasdpdsu" can copy the members of a PDS to a local file.
