Sorry I did not respond sooner but I did not see this request yesterday. Our Mail2zOS product is designed for exactly this requirement. It can act as an SMTP receiver in z/OS or as a POP3 client to then pull down mail from a designated mailbox on your corporate email server. It then has scripts that can be used to process the email message and act upon it including storing any attachments or parsing incoming comma-delimited (.csv) files. Batch jobs can optionally be submitted to invoke your own applications to process these stored files.

Before reading the many publication on this matter, I would like to ask what would you recommend for this goal. SMTP or sendmail ? Any other valid ISV alternatives ?
