In Canada, we had two of our major service providers suddenly state that the unlimitted INTERNET access was now limitted. This was an abrogration of contracts already signed. This was taken to the CRTC (Canadian Radio & Telecommunications Commission). They ruled that they had no say. Soon after that CellPhone companies stated that they could suddenly charge for text messages received, which wasn't charged before.
