I can't think of anything that will give you those stats for all
internet access methods. A proxy web server could give you some of it.

I have used NetLimiter 2 Monitor (free version from www.NetLimiter.com)
This splits down your internet access by application and gives stats and
graphs. This could at least show which application is using all your
bandwidth.
The only problem is that it needs to be installed and running on every
machine in your local network to get the full picture.
