I can't think of anything that will give you those stats for all internet access methods. A proxy web server could give you some of it. I have used NetLimiter 2 Monitor (free version from www.NetLimiter.com) This splits down your internet access by application and gives stats and graphs. This could at least show which application is using all your bandwidth.
