At the risk of offending vendors, as a user, I have found that the better one, as long as they're the lastest and greatest by each vendor, is the cheapest one. Vendors will disagree, but DASD is a commodity, these days. I've been involved in acquisitions for over 20 years, and cost is TRULY the only factor.
